The show ran a little long, but it was for good reason: song requests! Shouts of "Freebird" eminated from the coffee bar near the end of the second set. So, Dom let the guitar rest for a couple of minutes while doing a harmonica-and-voice rendition of the Lynyrd Skynyrd classic. Then, a request came for "Geneseo," squeezed in right before the finale.
The second hour also featured a quartet of songs that Dom dubbed "songs that were not my idea to write," starting with "Wheel of Fortune" and finishing with "Cold Pizza." Ironically, someone was snacking on pizza during the show. I'd like to buy a vowel ...
