The beautiful late-summer weather made for an enjoyable Wednesday afternoon at Rodney Square. The organization Downtown Visions runs Wilmington's weekly midday farmers' market in this park, which is in the downtown section of the city. Dom performed at this venue last year and was glad to return for the 2008 season.
"On That Long, Green Line," a song inspired by a trip through Delaware years ago, made the playlist. The show ended with the debut of "Not So Fast" and featured all Dom originals, except one in the second hour. There was a water ice vendor near the performance tent, and he gave Dom a complimentary serving of lemon ice during the break between sets. He then asked if Dom knew any Eagles songs, so "Desperado" entered the lineup.
