| Oct. 3, 2008 Carolina Blue Pitman, N.J. The longstanding J.G. Cook's Bar and Grill got a facelift in the spring and reopened with a new name -- J.G. Cook's Carolina Blue -- and a new theme for the menu: smoked specialties in addition to the tavern favorites they've always had. Dom made his first appearance at this venue on the Friday night of Hop-toberfest week, the restaurant's version of Oktoberfest. This was Dom's longest performance of the year (four hours, 40 songs). One show debut of an original song: "Rest My Eyes," which closed the first hour.
